that concerns me because I make the same type of music…I am inspired by these artist and their type of entertainment…I sing ,I write,I perform…I instrumental…all of it..a well rounded entertainer
I grew up in New York old school style…street performing ,and kareokehosting in my older years
gain some fans…My adimireation for Micheal Jackson,Prince,and Maddonna help mold my ambitions
and todays artist are few and far between but some rappers like dr dre,busta,Biggie,tupac,cousin Jay-Z(I consider him my cousin..cuz we strived the same way)and others as well as Chris brown ,usher,Justin timberlake…all influence me….

I was wondering does true love exist anymore??? Is Commitiment a thing of the past??
Does the feelings of love still exist????That feeling of wanting to be with some one and share with them and give them your best…To have good times and memories…no I am not talking marriage or anything just a simple tried and true love affair with no strings…Guess I am one of those old fashion guys…
It seems like every where you turn these days people are breaking up and doing the cheating thing…

So yesterday here I am …doing my laundry
at my apt complex…stroll over by the pool..and DAMN…it was a dark skinned Wonder Woman in effect…not so tall but just as curvy and fine!!!
Couldn’t take my eyes off her…..I was mesmerized…
but not just by her apperance….she was really sweet when we started chatting. She is sweet,smart and funny…DAMN,you don’t find to much of that now a dayz..especially in this town Orlando..anyway..I don’t usually lose my cool…and just go for the gusto…but when your as into someone like I am into her….your flow goes on auto drive….Just like I said in my song…no balling or cat calling(Whatz your name)…ok well some cat calling…we chated for hours…
so In a hour or so we gonna be spending the day together….on a date…

And I want to share some important  health stats with you.

First off  One has to realize working out is no longer about getting thin anymore…or loseing weight…

its now a lifestyle.If you see it more as a lifestyle than just a way to lose weight,you’ll be successful

in obtaining your goals,to be in shape and have a better life on your terms.Because of the ’just to lose weight syndrom” I mention people lose weight but can’t keep it off.

working out litely and moderately vigorously can be as effective as working out hard and vigorously..

And on terms understandable always sweeten your deal…

let me explain

“Sweeten your deal”- meaning that  I seriously think depriveing your self of certain foods and sweets is just a contribution to your weight downfall…fitness experts say always have these sweets in moderation when the craving hits you…Me for one ..I LOOOVVVEEE carrot cake…that stuff is so addictive to me…

No doubt the cream alone can get you on the heavy side…I just eat it in moderation..really…and doing it like that helps me control my cravings.I look at it this way…I reward my self..and what leads up to the reward

scheduled duration work outs…

“Leading up to the reward”- I run 3 to 5 miles three times a week..wit ten to twenty pound arm weights…

you don’t have to be that drastic,but being active does help.I do some other routines as well along with running,I weight train,Martial art-Jeet Kune do,dance,zen, and other things, and you know what, you better believe I reward myself!…with a burger or carrot cake slice…not every weekend  though…I tend to revert to the  “Ryan Seacrest diet -work out hard during the week and on sunday eat what you want”

‘The social aspect”-I also take areobics classes two to three times a week,and I noticed that interaction with friends and fellow fitness people really helps you focus and strenghtens your fitness aspirations.And this contributes to a ful filling social life…it does

‘The music connection”-I am a musican/performer and working out helps me think clearly to write songs,memorize lyrics and stuff.The dancing aspect really contributes to my performance.But even in the case of a non musican/performer  you would have more control of your body to impress your date or at the office party.You do have a heighten awareness in your surroundings as you boggie down,and an awareness of your self..

Benifit summery:

Sexually you will have more stamina and those “different positions”won’t be so strainous.Self esteem will get a boost.You will be comfortable in your own skin,you will be cutting your risk of cancer,and importantly

you will have MORE energy
